The houses split between postwar neighborhoods built up through the 1950s on higher ground and older cottages down near Sandy Hook Bay, and both kinds of chimney show their age in different ways once a camera goes inside them.

We find that mismatch often enough in Monmouth’s older housing that checking a flue’s actual sizing against its current appliance is close to routine work here.
